Leona Lewis
If you've heard of X-Factor, well you must know Leona Lewis. She's a great singer and man she's effortless. No wonder Simon Cowell has mentored her and established her career. She's a fresh Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston all-in-one.
Her performances were outstanding and not annoying. She made history this past months.. Her single "Bleeding Love" reached the No.1 spot on the Billboard Top 100. Her Christmas Single "Moment Like This" topped sales and charts in the UK.

A Year End Update
The End of Empire
After years of working as a Graphic Artist and a multitasker, I finally got a real life! Having the decision to leave my old job wasn't that easy. After the Licensing Show I decided to leave my old school company and it really feels good to sleep in morning that long.. My boss asked me for an extension so that I could turn over everything, man I was handling so many stuff I couldn't know which one to start. I was really a major worker, I can do the functions of almost everyone in the company except janitorial stuff and being a driver. Also I couldn't do what the Boss really does, only a slight part of it.
It was really a big issue much like showbiz - "The Prodigal Son Leaves Empire!" but nobody can stop me. Well if there was only a salary raise or another benefit offer I could have stayed. Most of my officemates were happy for I won't grow old like them and become roots or institutions of the building.
The Death of A Father
On September 10th 2007, My mom was calling me and I was texting with my little sis in the province. They were looking for my dad all over the city for he has not come home since morning. My mom was angrily crying her emotions for my dad at the PNP headquarters and I told them not to make stupid scandals on the place. We stopped texting.. After an hour of no communication my sis calls me that my dad is dead, but not profoundly sure. She was crying. The news was unacceptable for the family. I called my bro and sis in the province to confirm the news, It was not as valid as it may seems but after minutes of waiting the news was true. Our dad was found dead, with a gunshot wound on his head lying down in his own blood. It was another mystery and so many theories have been released and came up with the idea "as an accident".

A day after we packed up ang immediately went home. The week was restless with the amount of people coming in to see our dad. I really can't imagine that it had that volume that our food stocks was like empty always, so we had to shop everyday. So many people, so many family friends, so many things to talk about and so many things they miss.

The Burial of a Loved One
I've had high fever 2 days before the burial, so a day after I went to the doctor and got me some injectibles so that I could be ok by tomorrow's event. I even got to read the 1st reading and my bro reads the 2nd, and we were freakin' nervous.
The burial day came and we were like okay... but after the mass everyone started crying. Until we went to the cemetery and performed the final rituals. Gunshots were heard and the voice of my mom was sounding like crazy.
At last the day ended with sad tears and memories. We accepted it easily except for our mom.

Ultimate Avengers The Movie
Capt. America was frozen in time and almost sixty years later he is sought to lead a group of newly formed superheroes namely Giantman, Wasp, Hulk, Ironman, Black Widow and Thor. Their goal is to eliminate the problem before - the green things from outer space that has connections with the Nazi.
Ultimate Avengers was released to mixed reviews. Some reviewers were impressed by the film's voice actors and storyline, while others detracted the film for basing the personalities of the Avengers on their normal Marvel Universe counterparts as opposed to their Ultimates incarnations (with the exceptions of Thor and Banner, who stayed close to their Ultimate counterparts despite the fact that Thor speaks in his normal Marvel terminology). The reaction to the animation was mixed, many critics saying that while the animation was adequate, it seemed surprisingly underfunded. The film was criticized by some fans for the story's plot and more mature themes being toned down from the original source material. - Wikipedia

Mr Bean's Holiday
Mr. Bean is heading to the Riviera of the southern coast of France for a holiday. However, his journey eventually transcends into chaos after meeting Romanian film director Emil and his 8-year-old son, Stefan, on a train. They eventually find themselves in a small village where they meet Sabine, a pretty young girl and a film crew, culminating in an unscheduled and chaotic screening of Bean's video diary at the Cannes Film Festival.

Transfer Videos From Youtube To Any Media
While involving a few steps, it is very simple to put YouTube videos on your media. You will need a couple of utilities to accomplish this. You will need one utility to download the video off of YouTube (the FLV file) and another to convert the file compatible to your media like iPod Video, Zune, PSP etc.
Visit YouTube Downloader to download the YouTube video and SUPER to convert the file (both are freeware applications). After installing the two applications, go to YouTube and find the YouTube video(s) you want on your media. Copy the url for the video, it should look like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8KfdYgE1Uc. Then Click on Download URL to download the "get video" file. which is in FLV format.
After you have grabbed the FLV files for your video(s), open SUPER and select the Output Container to be mp4 (MPEG-4). Keep the default settings, however make sure that Use Direct Show is unchecked. Now drag and drop your new FLV file into the lower portion of the application. Check the corresponding checkbox next to the file and click the Encode button. The files will be encoded to Output directory in SUPER’s installation directory (C:\Program Files\eRightSoft\SUPER\OutPut).
